Sr. Accounts Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain daily accounts and financial transactions
• Prepare sales, purchase, and expense entries
• Handle cash, bank transactions, and reconciliations
• Prepare invoices, vouchers, and payment records
• Maintain payroll and staff salary records
• Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with vendors/customers
• Prepare GST reports and statutory documentation
• Assist in monthly and yearly financial reporting
• Maintain proper filing of accounting documents
• Coordinate with management regarding financial updates

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field
• Minimum 1–3 years of accounting experience preferred
• Knowledge of Tally, Excel, and accounting software
• Good understanding of GST and bookkeeping
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and organizational skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience in bakery, retail, or food industry accounting
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Knowledge of inventory and stock accounting

Salary

Salary will be based on experience and performance.
