Sr. Executive - Accounts

• Manage the general accounting functions, including, but not limited to: accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, Income tax and GST related matters

• Monitoring and analyzing accounting data and produce financial reports or statements

• Establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods, policies and principles

• Organising and maintaining financial records and documentation which may include (but not limited to) filing, report generation, budget preparation etc.

• Help with financial and statutory compliances audit etc.

• Responsible for processing bills and payments, taxation at source and other Income Tax and GST related matters

• Coordination, preparation and submission of returns and taking care of all compliances, as necessary

Minimum Qualification & Experience:

• MCom/BCom/BBA/BS (with specialization in Accountancy/Finance) / CA inter or equivalent degree, with a minimum of 8-10 years of proven experience.

Required Expertise:

• Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases (Eg Tally)

• Proven knowledge of book-keeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations

• Should have knowledge of Government rules in Financial procedures/ Accounting / Auditing and

Administrative matters

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to direct, coordinate and supervise

• Experience in tendering, audits, taxation, financial compliances
