What they need
Een parttime (24 uur per week), hybride functie als Support Engineer bij Klantenvertellen / Kiyoh. In deze rol vorm je de technische schakel tussen onze Nederlandstalige klanten en het developmentteam.
De functie bestaat uit een combinatie van tweedelijns technische support en QA-testing. Je onderzoekt en lost complexere technische problemen op rondom API’s, webhooks, integraties en CMS-plugins. Daarnaast vertaal je klantproblemen naar duidelijke technische informatie voor developers en test je nieuwe functionaliteiten, bugfixes en integraties voordat deze worden uitgerold.
Vloeiend Nederlands en sterke technische troubleshootingvaardigheden zijn vereist, samen met een goede basiskennis van webtechnologieën. Ervaring met API’s, webhooks, CMS-platformen zoals WordPress, Magento of Shopify en softwaretesting is een sterke pré.
