Position: Accountant

Location: Kota, Rajasthan

Salary: Up to 25,000 per month

Experience Required: 2–5 Years

Key Responsibilitie

• Maintain books of accounts in Tally

• Handle sales, purchase, payment, receipt, and journal entries

• Prepare and reconcile bank statements

• Manage GST invoicing, return filing coordination, and compliance

• Handle TDS calculation, deduction, and related documentation

• Prepare MIS reports and accounting statements in Advanced Excel

• Monitor accounts payable and receivable

• Assist in monthly closing and financial reporting

• Maintain proper accounting records and supporting documents

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Tally ERP

• Good understanding of GST and TDS

• Proficiency in Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, formulas, reports, etc.)

• Good analytical and reconciliation skills

• Attention to detail and accuracy in accounting work

Qualification

• B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification in Accounting or Finance
