Accounting Clerk

Transportation Company in Abbotsford, BC is seeking a passionate, hard-working individual for a full time Administrator

Duties to include but not limit to:

• Processing payroll and accounts

• enter invoices and receipts into QuickBooks

• prepare monthly statements, payroll remittances, WCB remittances, T4s, ROEs, etc.

• Filing/organizing

• Performing other administrative related duties as assigned

• Ability to keyboard at 45 wpm plus

• Must be quick learner

• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing

• Well presented

• Must have experience in MS office (Email/Work/Excel)

• Accounting diploma or equivalent required

• Strong attention to detail

• Positive, respectful, friendly, team player, goal oriented

• Friendly open office
