About Us
Metropolis Training Academy (MTA) is a training centre providing WSQ security courses required for individuals seeking a Security Officer licence and career progression in the security industry. We also conduct First Aid and fire safety-related training programmes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver WSQ Security courses from Security Officer to Senior Security Supervisor levels.
• Conduct assessments, evaluate trainee competency, and provide constructive feedback.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, competency, and training quality standards.
• Perform all trainer-related administrative duties, including attendance tracking, maintenance of training records, submission of assessment documentation.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years working experience as a Senior Security Supervisor (SSS).
• Hold of PWM Senior Security Supervisor (SSS) rank.
• WSQ ACTA/ACLP certification.
• Available to teach on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
