Our client is looking for a Customer Proximity Specialist to connect its commercial teams with technical product teams across Europe.

You’ll gather business requirements, support technology rollouts and make sure commercial systems meet the needs of their users.

Key Skills & Experience:

• 1+ years’ ERP experience within a large, complex organisation.
• Experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner or Technology Business Partner.
• Knowledge of commercial systems, processes or Revenue Growth Management (RGM).
• Experience gathering and translating business requirements for technical teams.
• Experience supporting system rollouts, UAT and change management.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills.

Main Responsibilities:

• Act as the link between commercial and technology teams.
• Gather business needs from teams across different markets.
• Explain these requirements clearly to technical teams.
• Support the rollout of new systems and solutions.
• Help coordinate system testing and user feedback.
• Manage improvements to existing business applications.
• Help users understand and adopt new systems.

Location: Poland

Candidates must be eligible to work in this country.
