Wymagania względem kandydata / Job Requirements

• good English and Polish communication skills
• bachelor’s degree or above
• 2 years work experience. Experience in customs clearance, international freight forwarding
• logistics operations, or import/export-related fields is preferred but not mandatory
• physically work on-site at the Pyrzowice office near Katowice Airport (KTW), and this is not a remote position

Zakres obowiązków / Job Description

Job Description

• daily execution: accurately prepare, process, and submit routine import/export clearance declarations
• operational coordination: coordinate daily with local customs authorities, freight forwarders, cargo terminals, and internal teams for routine clearance procedures
• problem solving: handle routine customs issues and escalate unresolved issues to the Customs Specialist in a timely manner
• data management: maintain clean, accurate, and up-to-date customs files, logs, and operational databases
• administrative support: assist with general local office operations, logistics paperwork, and ad-hoc administrative duties as required
