What they need
Key responsibilities
- Conduct daily site walkabouts and safety inspections
- Prepare inspection reports and follow up on corrective actions
- Investigate incidents, accidents and near misses, including root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions
- Conduct Safety Induction courses and coordinate WSH briefings, toolbox meetings and safety training
- Conduct monthly WSH audits and ensure compliance with site safety requirements
- Maintain EHS records and prepare monthly safety reports
- Support the EHS Manager on other site EHS matters as required
About you
- Minimum Level A / B WSH qualification or equivalent
- 1–2 years of relevant WSH working experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Good communication, coordination and teamwork skills
- Strong attention to detail and able to maintain proper safety documentation
- Able to work independently in a site environment
