Today, TCZ Group partners with nationally recognized nonprofit organizations to support their fundraising and donor acquisition efforts through face-to-face community outreach.

As a Field Sales Representative, you'll represent nonprofit campaigns at retail stores, events, and community locations throughout the Orlando area. You'll connect directly with the public, educate potential supporters about the organization's mission and impact, and assist interested individuals with becoming recurring donors.

This is a fast-paced, goal-oriented opportunity for people looking to build a career in sales, fundraising, communication, and leadership. Recent graduates, former athletes, career changers, and professionals looking for a new opportunity are encouraged to apply.

What You'll Do

• Represent nonprofit organizations at retail stores, events, and community outreach locations
• Engage with the public through face-to-face conversations
• Educate potential donors about nonprofit missions, programs, and impact
• Answer questions and assist interested supporters with recurring donor enrollment
• Work toward individual and team fundraising goals
• Set up and maintain professional campaign displays
• Travel to assigned locations throughout the Orlando area
• Participate in daily training focused on sales, communication, fundraising, and leadership

Compensation

• Guaranteed base pay of $120 per day/event worked
• Paid weekly
• Uncapped performance incentives and bonuses in addition to base pay
• Total earnings vary based on the number of days/events worked and individual performance
• Additional earning and advancement opportunities based on performance

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable initiating face-to-face conversations with the public
• Goal-oriented and receptive to coaching
• Dependable and professional
• Reliable transportation to assigned locations
• Ability to stand and work on your feet during events

Previous sales, fundraising, retail, hospitality, customer service, or athletic experience is helpful but not required. Paid training is provided.
