Generate new business opportunities and drive sales across the Czech market

We operate throughout Poland and are expanding rapidly in the Czech Republic, delivering SmartJídlo to companies across various industries.

We’re growing and looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team - someone open-minded, proactive, and ready to learn how B2B sales works in practice, from initial research to conducting your first online meetings!

What will you do?

• Searching for companies that could benefit from SmartLunch / SmartJídlo on the Czech market,
• Conducting prospecting and reaching out to potential business partners via phone, email, and LinkedIn,
• Researching target companies and finding the right people to contact,
• Holding initial conversations to understand client needs and introduce our solution,
• Conducting online video meetings and walking clients through basic product presentations (with full team support!),
• Scheduling meetings for senior sales colleagues when larger opportunities arise,
• Collaborating with the sales team and sharing key insights before next steps,
• Keeping client information up to date in our CRM,
• Tracking and reporting your daily activities and achievements.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who:

• Has excellent (C1/native-level) Czech skills, along with communicative English or Polish,
• Is comfortable communicating over the phone and online, with a friendly and professional approach,
• Is motivated by goals and eager to see the direct results of their work,
• Feels comfortable working with information - likes organizing data and planning their steps well,
• Pays attention to quality, focusing on genuine interactions rather than just ticking boxes,
• Expresses thoughts clearly in speech and writing,
• Is curious, likes researching new topics, and can use insights in daily conversations,
• Is open to learning, feedback, and continuously improving their skills,
• Enjoys working in a team and sharing useful information with colleagues.

Nice to have:

• Any initial experience in sales, customer service, or client outreach,
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools,
• Interest in business, sales, and developing strong communication skills.

• B2B contract: 40,000 - 50,000 CZK/month + performance bonus,
• Hands-on training and exposure to advanced B2B sales practices, giving you the opportunity to expand your core sales expertise,
• Remote or hybrid work (modern office in Brno),
• Standard office working schedule starting around 8:00 AM,
• Laptop and phone provided,
• 1,200 CZK/month towards English or Polish language lessons,
