Key Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Microsoft SCCM/MECM infrastructure.
• Manage software distribution, patch management, and OS deployment (OSD).
• Monitor SCCM health, client compliance, and deployment performance.
• Troubleshoot SCCM client, server, and application deployment issues.
• Automate operational tasks using PowerShell.
• Ensure endpoint security, compliance, and configuration management.
• Collaborate with infrastructure and support teams to deliver reliable EUC services.
