About the Role

AGM Infra Solutions is looking for an experienced Senior ServiceNow WSD/EAM Developer to build, configure and support complex ServiceNow capabilities across Workplace Service Delivery (WSD) and Enterprise Asset Management (EAM).

The role involves advanced scripting, integrations, orchestration, workspace configuration, data migration and technical troubleshooting. The candidate will own complex technical stories, contribute to solution delivery and mentor junior developers.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and develop ServiceNow WSD and EAM features including:

• Cases

• Catalogs and Record Producers

• Routing and SLAs

• Work Orders

• Assets and Inventory

• Maintenance and Lifecycle Events

• Workspaces and Dashboards

• Build governed Flow Designer subflows and actions for:

• Case-to-work-order orchestration

• Milestone synchronization

• Approvals

• Notifications

• Exception handling

• Configure UI Builder, Workspace, Employee Center and mobile-enabled workflows following approved platform standards.

• Develop integrations using:

• IntegrationHub

• REST/SOAP

• Scripted APIs

• Scheduled Imports

• MID Server patterns

• Handle Nuvolo data migration, including:

• Data discovery

• Table and field mapping

• Import Sets

• Transform Maps

• Complex transformations

• Relationship preservation

• Migration rehearsals

• Create reconciliation queries and reports covering record counts, critical fields, relationships, exceptions and business acceptance samples.

• Implement and maintain:

• ACLs

• Roles

• Data Policies

• Business Rules

• Script Includes

• Client Scripts

• UI Policies

• Follow secure coding, performance and configuration-first development practices.

• Create unit tests and ATF coverage wherever applicable.

• Troubleshoot and resolve SIT/UAT defects and support regression testing, cutover and hypercare activities.

• Conduct peer reviews and maintain technical documentation, configuration guides, migration logic and runbooks.

• Mentor developers and promote ServiceNow development standards and best practices.

• Identify and escalate design gaps, data-quality issues, dependencies and customization risks with appropriate solution options.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of overall IT experience, including 4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development.

• Strong practical experience in ServiceNow WSD and EAM.

• Advanced knowledge of:

• Strong understanding of WSD/EAM data relationships involving:

• Hands-on experience with Nuvolo migration, including data discovery, mapping, transformation, reconciliation and defect remediation.

• Experience with Git/source control or ServiceNow Application Repository.

• Knowledge of update governance, ATF and release promotion processes.

• Strong analytical, debugging, documentation and mentoring skills.

Certifications & Education

• CSA and CAD certifications expected.
• WSD/EAM/HAM/FSM implementation certifications or strong hands-on project experience preferred.
• Integration, UI Builder and automated testing certifications are an added advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
