What they need
Role & responsibilities
Taking US patient inbound calls.
Scheduling/rescheduling patient appointments.
Helping patients with requested information.
Utilizing the correct Practice & protocol document.
Dealing with empathy and maintaining a positive demeanor while on call with patient.
Escalating case to concern person if required.
Preferred candidate profile
Excellent communication skills
Proficiency in US inbound call etiquette
Basic email etiquette
Minimum typing speed of 25 wpm
Familiarity with Windows and software navigation (Provider)
