Account cum Admin Executive

About the role

This role combines bookkeeping and administrative responsibilities within a small accounting practice. You will manage rental management accounting transactions, process payments, and support general office operations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare invoices for payments received from rental managemen
• Record all rental management transactions in the AutoCount system
• Monitor the Rental Management Excel file to ensure payments are accurately recorded by the Rental Management Executive
• Communicate and liaise with the Rental Management Executive in case of discrepancies
• Calculate monthly rental management sales commissions
• Handle data entry, document filing, and maintain accurate records
• Arrange company meetings
• Organize events such as birthday celebrations, annual dinners, and other company functions
• Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned

About you

• SPM / STPM / Diploma in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Chinese (F)
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping
• Experience with AutoCount Accounting software is an added advantage
• Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and Google Sheets
• Strong attention to detail with good organizational skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Responsible, proactive, and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
