Account Executive

1. Data Entry & Transactions

• Accounts Receivable (AR): Create customer invoices, delivery orders, debit/credit notes, and record official receipts.
• Accounts Payable (AP): Input supplier bills, match purchase orders, and prepare payment vouchers for approval.
• Cash Book: Record daily cash and bank inflows and outflows into the system.
• Journal Entries: Key in recurring adjustments, accruals, prepayments, and monthly depreciation. [1, 2]

2. Reconciliation & Debt Management

• Bank Reconciliation: Match monthly bank statements with AutoCount ledger records to resolve variances.
• Debtor Aging: Monitor aging reports and follow up on overdue customer collections.
• Creditor Control: Reconcile supplier statements against internal ledger records before scheduling payments.

3. Tax & Reporting

• SST Reporting: Extract, review, and compile Sales and Service Tax data for submission.
• E-Invoicing: Process and validate digital invoices through the system in compliance with LHDN requirements.
• Financial Closing: Prepare trial balances, profit and loss statements, and balance sheets for management review.

4. Inventory & System Admin (If Applicable)

• Stock Control: Maintain stock item codes, cost prices, and multi-location inventory transfers.
• Data Integrity: Troubleshoot basic system errors and ensure data backups are completed routinely.
