What they need
- Atender e prestar suporte à carteira de clientes: Pessoa Jurídica por telefone, WhatsApp e e-mail.
- Realizar atendimento comercial
- Acompanhamento e follow-up dos pedidos.
- Esclarecimento de dúvidas e tratativa de demandas relacionadas a notas fiscais, boletos, entregas e demais necessidades dos clientes.
- Manter relacionamento próximo e contínuo com a carteira, identificando oportunidades, antecipando necessidades e contribuindo para a fidelização e satisfação dos clientes.
- Realizar o acompanhamento das solicitações até sua conclusão, garantindo agilidade e qualidade no atendimento.
Pagamento: a partir de R$2.028,06 por mês
