What they need
- Análise dos relatórios de compras e gerar plano de embarque (finish production, porto de origem, consolidações e relatório em geral).
- Manter contato regular com fornecedores internacionais para garantir prazos, especificações de produtos e recebimento dos documentos originais necessarios.
- Fazer / solicitar booking dos novos planos de embarque.
- Envio Instrução de desembaraço ao despachante, solicitando LI pré, pós e sub.
- Acompanhar a liberação aduaneira e despacho de mercadorias, cumprindo com as leis e regulamentos alfandegários.
- Realiozar invoice, packing list, conhecimento de embarque, DI/DUIMP, licenças e demais documentos pertinentes.
