VAGA PARA O PERÍODO DA TARDE - 13:30H AS 17:30H - PRESENCIAL - TUPÂ/SP
Apoiar as atividades de Recursos Humanos e Segurança do Trabalho;
Escanear e arquivar documentos;
Realizar controles de estoque;
Realizar controles em planilhas;
Auxiliar no cumprimento das políticas e procedimentos da área de Recursos Humanos e seus subsistemas;
Dar suporte nas etapas como triagem de currículos, agendamento de entrevistas e acompanhamento de processos seletivos;
Gerenciar o arquivo físico e digital de documentos da área, mantendo a integridade e organização dos dados;
Realizar lançamentos de atestados médicos;
Realizar cadastro de colaboradores em nossas plataformas internas.
