Missão do cargo: auxiliar no faturamento da empresa, realizando o envio de boletos e notas fiscais. Atuar no atendimento ao cliente via canais oficiais (Telefone, WhatsApp e E-mail), realizar cobranças de inadimplentes e prestar apoio na emissão de documentos fiscais e entre outras atividades do cargo.
Responsabilidades
- Envio de faturas, notas fiscais e boletos;
- Confirmação de faturas;
- Cobrança aos inadimplentes;
- Realizar as baixas bancarias do contas a receber;
- Emissão de notas fiscais do grupo Maqbusca (Maqbusca, Total SC e PR, VK Transportes);
- Entrada de notas fiscais de compra;
- Finalização de contrato de locação;
- Auxiliar o setor de RH.
