PRINCIPAIS RESPONSABILIDADES:
Receber conferir e lançar notas fiscais, boletos, duplicatas e demais documentos para pagamento.
Efetuar lançamentos e baixas no sistema financeiro/ERP
Realizar conciliação dos pagamentos efetuados com os registros do sistema e extratos bancários
Acompanhar títulos em aberto e identificar pagamentos pendentes ou em atraso
Apoiar fluxo de caixa
Apoiar conferência de documentos fiscais e financeiros
Elaborar relatórios
Auxiliar no fechamento financeiro mensal
Cumprir os procedimentos internos e contribuir para organização dos processos financeiros
