Your future duties and responsibilities

• Atendimento telefónico a clientes para esclarecimento de questões relacionadas com o serviço (Inbound);
• Esclarecimento de questões contratuais;
• Gestão de reclamações;
• Entre outras tarefas.

Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role

• Formação ao nível do Ensino Secundário (fator obrigatório);
• Competências informáticas no âmbito do Microsoft Office;
• Experiência profissional no setor energético (fator preferencial);
• Experiência profissional em ambiente de contact center e/ou apoio ao cliente (fator preferencial);
• Disponibilidade para horários rotativos de 2ª a 6ª feira, entre as 9h e as 20h (8h/dia);
• Facilidade no relacionamento multicanal e capacidade de escuta ativa, transmitindo confiança e proximidade ao Cliente- Facilidade de expressão oral e boa fluência verbal;
• Apetência pelo trabalho em equipa e facilidade de relacionamento interpessoal;
• Boa capacidade de relacionamento interpessoal.
