Atividades:
* Atender clientes com empatia via WhatsApp, chat, Instagram, Facebook, e-mail e telefone
* Auxiliar em cadastros e ativações de registros de bikes (incluindo envio de tag QR Code)
* Tratar sinistros de roubo/furto e acompanhar indenizações
* Fazer follow-up de pós venda
* Resolver dúvidas técnicas, reclamações e cancelamentos
* Registrar tudo no CRM com foco em qualidade e satisfação do cliente
Requisitos:
* Ensino Médio completo
* Excelente comunicação escrita
* Empatia, paciência e proatividade
Diferenciais:
* Gostar de ciclismo
* Superior cursando ou completo
