What they need
ATIVIDADES:
- Suporte ao Usuário: Atender chamados presenciais ou remotos para resolver problemas de hardware, software e sistemas internos.
- Manutenção de Equipamentos: Montar, reparar e configurar computadores, notebooks, impressoras e periféricos (teclado, mouse, leitores).
- Redes e Infraestrutura: Auxiliar na organização de cabeamento estruturado, racks, switches e redes locais (LAN/Wi-Fi).
- Segurança e Dados: Instalar antivírus, realizar backups periódicos e ajudar na recuperação de dados e senhas.
REQUISITOS :
- Ensino médio completo ou superior em andamento em Redes de Computadores, Ciência da Computação ou áreas afins.
- Conhecimento em sistemas operacionais (Windows e Linux).
- Noções de redes de computadores e atendimento ao cliente
Pagamento: R$1.621,00 - R$16.680,00 por mês
