What they need
Será responsável por organizar e coordenar as atividades de pagamento de fornecedores, impostos, despesas de representação, entre outros. Atuará com controle de fluxo de caixa; Emitir borderôs e cobrar contas em atraso; Elaborar relatórios da posição financeira da organização; Lançar notas fiscais de entrada e saída em sistema informatizado; Receber e conferir documentos quanto a legislação fiscal, tributária e procedimentos internos da empresa; Analisar de lançamentos (validação e correção); Retenção de impostos (IR, PIS, COFINS, INSS e ISS).
Ter atuado com rotinas de contas a pagar, ter conhecimento nos sistemas NBS e Totvs.
