- Realizar contato com clientes por telefone, e-mail e demais canais de comunicação para negociação e acompanhamento de títulos vencidos e a vencer;
- Atualizar e monitorar planilhas de controle de inadimplência, garantindo a precisão das informações;
- Registrar e manter atualizado o histórico de contatos realizados, bem como dos acordos firmados com os clientes.
