- Realizar correta leitura dos documentos fiscais;
- Efetuar o registro de documentos;
- Analisar retenções aplicáveis e efetuar correto lançamento;
- Realizar escrituração de serviços tomados nos sistemas / sites municipais;
- Classificar acumuladores da forma correta;
- Emitir notas fiscais;
- Quando necessário realizar arquivos e organização de documentos eletrônicos e físicos;
- Responsável pela digitação e manutenção de planilhas auxiliares, quando necessário à execução ou detalhamento das atividades;
- Entrega de obrigações acessórias;
- Apuração e fechamento de empresas;
- Conferência de relatórios x documentos registrados;
- Atendimento aos clientes.
