Description Our Santry office services our Leinster North region with a expansive and diverse portfolio of SME clients. We're looking to appoint a Senior Qualified Accountant up to Director level into in a varied portfolio management role, consisting of monthly management accounts, yearend accounts and advisory work. Reporting to Partner level you will get to work with an established and highly collegiate team and manage/ mentor a team of talented trainees and seniors.

Key Responsibilities Key responsibilities will include:

• Preparation of monthly management accounts and cashflow projections.
• Yearend accounts and financial statement preparation.
• Reviewing the work of trainees to develop their abilities and delivery of completed files for director/ partner review.
• Mix of SME advisory work and projects as required, due diligence for company sales or assisting clients with acquisitions.
• Work with leadership on practice development, as Xeinadin grows and transforms identifying operational efficiencies and improvement and working with senior management on strategic development.

Key Requirements

• ACA / ACCA / CPA qualified or part qualified with over 3 years experience
• Experience in working across a diverse sectoral client portfolio
• Exceptional stakeholder management ability
• Highly motivated with the ability to work to strict deadlines.
• Positive can-do attitude and a team player
• Strong communication and client interfacing ability

Additional Requirements Desire to work in a leadership role with a professional services environment.
