- Atendimento telefônico para solução de dúvidas sobre serviços realizados ou agendados;
- Atendimento ao cliente presencial por ordem de chegada;
- Análise e levantamento das informações do veículo;
- Abertura e ou fechamento de atendimento via sistema;
- Checklist de entrada/Saída do veículo;
- Movimentação de veículos “leva e traz” de clientes, pátios e oficinas externa
REQUISITOS E QUALIFICAÇÕES:
- Ensino médio completo;
- Experiência na função
- Proativo;
- Bom relacionamento interpessoal ;
- Excel intermediário;
- Conhecimento em Word
- Residir em Contagem
- Possui CNH B
- Fácil acesso à região de Contagem
Escolaridade Mínima: Ensino Médio (2º Grau)
Habilitação para dirigir: B
