Atividades:
- Recepcionar, orientar e atender cidadãos, organizando filas, conferindo documentos, emitindo senhas, realizando agendamentos, cadastros e inclusão digital;
- Fornecer informações sobre serviços, prazos, endereços e contatos, além de realizar contatos para pendências e reagendamentos;
- Organizar documentos, recepção e setores, preencher relatórios, abrir chamados e cumprir procedimentos dos órgãos;
- Apoiar ações internas/externas, acompanhar indicadores, realizar rendições e demais atividades das UGBs.
Pagamento: R$2.122,00 por mês
