Organiza o ambiente, lava utensílios e apoia o cozinheiro no pré-preparo e na montagem de pratos. É um cargo essencial em restaurantes, padarias e lanchonetes para manter o ritmo e a higiene do serviço.
Responsabilidades e Atividades
- Lavar, descascar, picar e cortar carnes, legumes e verduras.
- Auxiliar no preparo inicial de pratos, molhos e lanches.
- Higienizar bancadas, pisos, panelas, pratos e talheres.
- Organizar o estoque e guardar os insumos nas temperaturas corretas.
- Controlar a validade e a identificação dos alimentos armazenados.
Pagamento: R$1.800,00 - R$1.900,00 por mês
