Responsabilidades
- Atender chamadas telefônicas de clientes, fornecendo informações precisas e soluções para suas dúvidas e problemas.
- Registrar as interações com os clientes em sistema CRM, garantindo a qualidade e integridade dos dados.
- Realizar follow-up de chamados abertos, assegurando a resolução dentro dos prazos estabelecidos.
Requisitos
- Ensino médio completo
- Experiência prévia em atendimento ao cliente, preferencialmente em call center ou SAC.
- Conhecimento básico em sistemas de CRM (Customer Relationship Management).
- Familiaridade com softwares de pacote Office (Word, Excel) para registro e consulta de informações.
