Será responsável por executar os pratos do cardápio, fazer a gestão da equipe da cozinha distribuindo tarefas e garantindo a performance na entrega, gerencia controle de desperdício e fichas técnicas, assegurar o cumprimento de normas de higiene, segurança alimentar, treinar e desenvolver equipe, dentre outras funções inerentes ao cargo.
