Atribuição de Cozinheiro(a) Líder
- Coordena a equipe: Distribui as tarefas do dia, define o ritmo de trabalho e orienta cozinheiros e ajudantes.
- Controla a qualidade: Verifica o sabor, a temperatura e a apresentação de cada prato antes de ir para o salão.
- Garante a higiene: Fiscaliza as boas práticas de manipulação de alimentos e a limpeza do ambiente conforme as leis sanitárias.
- Organiza o estoque: Controla os produtos que faltam, confere validade e ajuda a evitar desperdícios e contagem.
- Resolve problemas: Mantém a calma sob pressão e soluciona imprevistos rapidamente durante o atendimento.
Pagamento: R$2.500,00 - R$4.000,00 por mês
