- Habilidades em software de engenharia, como AutoCAD e software de gerenciamento de projetos como SIENGE, MS Project, Pacote Office;
- Fortes habilidades de liderança e gestão de equipes;
- Capacidade de tomar decisões técnicas fundamentadas;
- Boas habilidades de comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal.

Experiência mínima:
- Mínimo de 1 ano em gerenciamento de projetos de construção civil em obras industriais.
