What they need
Além das suas responsabilidades como líder da equipa dos operadores de caixa, ele também tem outras tarefas, como, por exemplo:
- Providenciar dinheiro para as caixas
- Analisar e avaliar cheques, assim como cartões de crédito
- Tirar dúvidas acerca de preços, qualidade de mercadorias, entre outras
- Abrir e fechar as caixas
- Transferir dinheiro e cheques para os cofres
- Devolver dinheiro a clientes (quando existem erros de caixa)
- Cancelar pagamentos
- Controlar o fluxo de caixa
