Principais Responsabilidades:
- Gestão de Pessoas: Liderar, motivar, avaliar o desempenho e desenvolver a equipe.
- Planejamento Estratégico: Definir metas, acompanhar indicadores e criar planos de ação.
- Alinhamento e Comunicação: Traduzir as metas da diretoria para a linguagem e a rotina do time operacional.
- Resolução de Problemas: Solucionar conflitos internos e investigar causas fundamentais de falhas ou desvios nos processos.
- Gestão de Recursos: Controlar orçamentos, otimizar custos e organizar os recursos necessários para o setor.
- Recebimento de insumos.
- Controle de pedidos de compras.
- Abertura e fechamento de loja.
Pagamento: R$3.500,00 - R$4.000,00 por mês
