What they need
Treinar, motivar e avaliar o desempenho da equipe de vendas, além de gerenciar escalas e aplicar feedbacks.
Acompanhar indicadores de desempenho (como faturamento, ticket médio e conversão) para garantir o cumprimento das metas estabelecidas.
Supervisionar a abertura e o fechamento do caixa, controlar o estoque e zelar pelos padrões de visual merchandising da loja.
Assegurar a excelência no atendimento .
