Como Profissional de Limpeza, vais trabalhar num parque de férias perto de Gennep, no sul da Holanda.

Trabalhas entre 34 e 40 horas por semana, tens trabalho durante todo o ano e podes ficar alojado no próprio parque por €109 por semana.

A maior parte do teu trabalho será na limpeza das casas de férias. Vais limpar cozinhas, casas de banho, salas e quartos, fazer as camas e garantir que tudo fica limpo e preparado para receber os próximos hóspedes.

Também poderás realizar trabalhos de limpeza noutras áreas do parque, como restaurantes, instalações sanitárias, espaços comuns e zonas junto à piscina. Para te deslocares entre os diferentes locais, utilizas uma bicicleta.

Não precisas de ter experiência em limpeza ou housekeeping. Durante o período de integração, colegas experientes ensinam-te o trabalho passo a passo. Há, no entanto, dois requisitos importantes: deves conseguir comunicar em inglês no trabalho e saber andar de bicicleta.

Além disso, podes utilizar gratuitamente várias instalações do parque, incluindo a piscina, bowling e minigolfe.

O que vais fazer?

A maior parte das tuas horas de trabalho será dedicada à limpeza das casas de férias. Depois da saída dos hóspedes, tu e os teus colegas entram em ação para deixar tudo novamente limpo e preparado.

De bicicleta, deslocas-te entre as diferentes casas e ajudas a garantir que tudo fica pronto a tempo para os próximos hóspedes.

As tuas principais tarefas incluem:

• Limpar cozinhas, casas de banho, salas e quartos;
• Fazer as camas;
• Verificar se a casa de férias está limpa e completa para receber os próximos hóspedes;
• Limpar restaurantes e instalações sanitárias;
• Realizar trabalhos de limpeza junto à piscina e nos espaços comuns.

O que esperamos de ti?

Ter experiência em limpeza ou housekeeping é uma vantagem, mas não é obrigatório. Mais importante é ter vontade de trabalhar, ser cuidadoso e estar disponível para realizar diferentes tarefas de limpeza.

Para esta função, é importante que:

• Consigas comunicar em inglês no local de trabalho;
• Saibas andar de bicicleta de forma autónoma;
• Estejas disponível para trabalhar entre 34 e 40 horas por semana;
• Tenhas disponibilidade para trabalhar também aos fins de semana;
• Trabalhes de forma cuidadosa e tenhas atenção aos detalhes;
• Estejas disponível para trabalhar em diferentes áreas do parque de férias;
• Trabalhes bem em equipa e sejas simpático no contacto com os hóspedes.

Dias e horários de trabalho

Trabalhas em horários variados, tanto de manhã como durante o dia. O trabalho ao fim de semana também faz parte da função.

Trabalhas no mínimo 34 horas por semana. Dependendo do planeamento, poderás trabalhar até cerca de 40 horas por semana.

As a Housekeeper/ Cleaner, you’ll work at a vacation park near Gennep, in the southern Netherlands.

You’ll work between 34 and 40 hours per week, have year-round employment, and can stay at the park itself for €109 per week.

Most of your work will involve cleaning vacation homes. You’ll clean kitchens, bathrooms, living rooms, and bedrooms, make the beds, and ensure everything is clean and ready for the next guests.

You may also perform cleaning tasks in other areas of the resort, such as restaurants, restrooms, common areas, and poolside areas. You’ll use a bicycle to get around between the different locations.

You don’t need any prior experience in cleaning or housekeeping. During your orientation period, experienced coworkers will teach you the job step by step. There are, however, two important requirements: you must be able to communicate in English at work and know how to ride a bike.

In addition, you can use various resort facilities for free, including the pool, bowling alley, and mini-golf course.

What will you be doing?

Most of your work hours will be spent cleaning vacation homes. After guests check out, you and your coworkers spring into action to make sure everything is clean and ready again.

You’ll ride your bike between the different homes and help ensure that everything is ready in time for the next guests.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, living rooms, and bedrooms;
• Making beds;
• Checking that the vacation home is clean and fully stocked to welcome the next guests;
• Cleaning restaurants and restrooms;
• Performing cleaning tasks around the pool and in common areas.

What do we expect from you?

Experience in cleaning or housekeeping is a plus, but not required. More important is a willingness to work, attention to detail, and the ability to perform a variety of cleaning tasks.

For this position, it is important that you:

• Be able to communicate in English in the workplace;
• Be able to ride a bike independently;
• Be available to work between 34 and 40 hours per week;
• Be available to work on weekends as well;
• Work carefully and pay attention to detail;
• Be available to work in different areas of the vacation resort;
• Be a good team player and be friendly when interacting with guests.

Work Days and Hours

You’ll work varying shifts, both in the morning and during the day. Working on weekends is also part of the job.

You’ll work a minimum of 34 hours per week. Depending on the schedule, you may work up to about 40 hours per week.

Working and Living at the Vacation Park

Are you coming from Portugal to work in the Netherlands? You don’t need to look for housing on your own. For €109 per week, you can live right at the vacation park, close to your workplace.

You’ll also have a bicycle at your disposal to get around the park and, for example, run your errands. So you don’t need a car for this job.

This way, you’ll have a job—between 34 and 40 hours per week—and housing arranged from the start, so you can focus on your new chapter in the Netherlands.
