HR & Admin Executive

• Support monthly payroll in AutoCount HRMS and monthly statutory submissions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS ,PCB & HRDF).
• Handle full employee lifecycle activities including recruitment, onboarding, performance management and offboarding processess.
• Manage staff's attendance, overtime records and other HR realted matters.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employees record personal files, HR databases and other HR documentation.
• Support the implementation and communication of company policies, HR procedures and employee handbooks provisions.
• Support employee relations matters and ensure concerns are handled professionally and confidentially.
• Assist in organization employees engagement activities.
• Undertake any ad-hoc tasks by management.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/ Diploma Advance / Diploma in Business Studies/ Administration / Management / Human Recourse Management or equivalent.
• At least 2 to 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Have good knowledge in Employment Act 1955 and Industrial Law.
• Experience in AutoCount HRMS system will be an advantage.
• Strong communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin. Mandarin will be an added advantage.
• Ability to multi tasks, meet deadlines and follow up independently.
