HR Transformation Intern

About the role

The HR Transformation Intern will support the Group HR transformation initiatives by assisting in the digitalisation of HR processes, development of SharePoint resources, AI-enabled onboarding solutions, and HR communication materials. This internship offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR transformation, digital workplace technologies, and AI applications within a regional organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Support the digitalisation of HR processes using Microsoft 365 tools
• Develop and maintain digital HR forms and workflow trackers
• Assist in creating a digital onboarding process
• Support the development of an AI-powered personalised onboarding solution
• Prototype automated onboarding induction presentations using approved AI tools
• Prepare user guides and documentation for developed solutions
• Assist in developing and maintaining the Group HR SharePoint Hub
• Organise HR templates, forms and knowledge resources
• Create and maintain HR FAQ pages and document libraries
• Prepare presentation materials for HR projects, workshops and management meetings

About you

• Undergraduate pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Business Analytics, Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Computer Science or a related discipline
• Internship must be part of the university's internship programme
• Available for a full-time internship of at least 3 months
• Strong interest in digital transformation, AI and process improvement
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Detail-oriented with a willingness to learn
• High level of integrity and professionalism when handling business information

This internship has a tentative duration of three to six months, from Aug 2026 to Feb 2027, with an option to extend by mutual agreement if performance is satisfactory and the business need exists.
