INVOICING EXECUTIVE

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue customer invoices accurately and promptly using AutoCount Accounting Software.
• Verify purchase orders, delivery orders, and supporting documents before invoicing.
• Maintain accurate invoicing and billing records in AutoCount.
• Follow up on outstanding payments and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Perform invoice reconciliation and prepare monthly invoicing reports.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Finance departments.

Requirements

• Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in invoicing, billing, or accounting support.
• Experience using AutoCount Accounting Software is required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Mandarin-speaking candidates are encouraged to apply, as the role involves liaising with Mandarin-speaking clients and/or colleagues.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Experience in the steel or engineering industry is an added advantage.
