Invoicing Executive

About the role

The Invoicing Executive is responsible for preparing and issuing customer invoices accurately and promptly, maintaining billing records, and coordinating with multiple departments to ensure smooth invoicing operations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and issue customer invoices accurately and promptly using AutoCount Accounting Software
• Verify purchase orders, delivery orders, and supporting documents before invoicing
• Maintain accurate invoicing and billing records in AutoCount
• Follow up on outstanding payments and resolve billing discrepancies
• Perform invoice reconciliation and prepare monthly invoicing reports
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Finance departments

About you

• Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in invoicing, billing, or accounting support
• Experience using AutoCount Accounting Software is required
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines
• Experience in the steel or engineering industry is an added advantage
