IT Administrator – Fully Remote

🏠 Location: Fully Remote – UK Based

💷 Salary: £27,000–£35,000, depending on experience

🗓️ Hours: 9.00am–5.00pm, Monday–Friday

The Opportunity

FindCore are thrilled to be assisting a business with the recruitment of an IT Administrator.

Supporting day-to-day IT operations, assisting colleagues with technical queries and helping maintain reliable systems across a remote working environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up user accounts, permissions and access to business systems
• Troubleshoot hardware, software and connectivity issues
• Support Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Teams and SharePoint
• Maintain IT equipment records and support software updates
• Assist with IT onboarding and offboarding for employees
• Escalate complex issues to external IT providers and track progress

Skills & Experience

• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Windows operating systems
• Good troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
• Clear communication skills and a helpful approach
• Able to prioritise support requests and maintain accurate records
• Comfortable working independently and supporting remote colleagues
