Junior Account Executive

Salary: RM2,000 – RM4,000 per month

Job Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting tasks, including accounts receivable (AR), accounts payable (AP), and bank reconciliation.
• Assist in preparing and maintaining full sets of accounts for clients.
• Perform data entry, prepare accounting records, and ensure financial documents are properly maintained.
• Use accounting software such as SQL Accounting and AutoCount to process transactions and maintain financial records.
• Travel to clients’ premises to provide accounting support and handle relevant accounting matters.
• Prepare accounting reports and updates for the Director.
• Assist with other accounting-related tasks as assigned and complete work accurately within the required deadlines.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; relevant working experience is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles, including full-set accounts, bank reconciliation, accounts receivable (AR), and accounts payable (AP).
• Basic familiarity with SQL Accounting or AutoCount is preferred. Training will be provided.
• Must have own transportation and be willing to travel to clients’ premises.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, willing to learn, and able to work independently.
• Good communication skills and the ability to report work progress directly to the Director.

Salary and Benefits

• Monthly salary ranging from RM2,000 to RM3,500, depending on qualifications and experience.
• Allowance provided.
• Travel expenses incurred for client visits are claimable, subject to company policy.
• On-the-job training and guidance will be provided.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
