- Preparar massas e salgados
- Modelar, fermentar e assar os produtos.
- Controlar o tempo e a qualidade da produção.
- Operar equipamentos de panificação.
- Organizar e controlar os insumos utilizados.
- Manter o ambiente limpo e conforme as normas sanitárias.
