Controlar estoque de carnes e realizar repasse de pedidos para área comercial;
Verificar qualidade e validade dos produtos;
Garantir higiene do setor;
Orientar equipe de trabalho, ensinando novas técnicas de corte;
Garantir atendimento de qualidade para os clientes e seguir normas de segurança;
Realizar elaboração de escalas;
Acompanhar inventários e evitar perdas e desperdícios;
Acompanhar os indicadores do setor e elaborar plano de ação;
