What they need
Liderar equipe no atendimento pessoal e telefônico, responder pelos processos administrativos da filial, aplicar feedback a equipe e direcionar esforços para o cumprimento de metas pré-estabelecidas.
Ensino Superior Cursando (a partir do 3º semestre) ou completo em áreas diversas
Ter experiência em liderança de equipes de vendas de produtos financeiros, varejo ou Call center Ativo, checagem de documentos, divulgação de novos clientes , experiência com sistemas informatizados, cadastro em banco de dados para mailing, divulgação através de mala direta.
Horário de trabalho: Segunda a Sexta-feira das 09h00 ás 18h00 e aos Sábados das 09h00 ás 13h00.
Tipo de vaga: Efetivo CLT
Pagamento: R$3.955,00 - R$6.116,00 por mês
