Manager, Asset Management

Our client is a well established REIT listed on SGX with a portfolio of more than 20 industrial properties in Singapore and a market capitalization of more than S$1 billion. They are seeking a dynamic individual to join them as the Asset Manager of the Asset Management team.

You will be part of the Asset Management team responsible for formulating and executing asset management strategies and plans across the real estate portfolio. You will also develop and implement marketing strategies to optimise rental income, occupancy and ultimately maximise the value of the assets.

The Role

• Manage tenant relationships and oversee rental income and occupancy performance across the portfolio.
• Prepare and manage annual budgets for the assigned assets.
• Formulate asset management plans and prepare reports on the financial and operational performance of assets.
• Monitor and analyse the operational and financial performance of the portfolio.
• Manage leases, including negotiations, renewals and documentation.
• Conduct feasibility studies and manage Asset Enhancement Initiatives (AEIs).
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to drive asset performance and value creation.
• Undertake other duties and projects as required.

Preferred Requirements

• Degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, Estate Management or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the real estate industry.
• Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
• A team player who is proactive, organised and able to work independently.
• Good knowledge of the Singapore industrial property market.
• Experience in asset management, leasing or property investment will be an advantage.
