What they need
Desenvolver e implementar planos de marketing digital e offline. Gerenciar redes sociais e criar conteúdo relevante. Analisar tendências de mercado e comportamento do consumidor. Colaborar com a equipe de vendas para alinhar estratégias. Monitorar e analisar o desempenho das campanhas, propondo otimizações. Formação superior completa ou em andamento em Marketing, Publicidade e Propaganda, Comunicação Social ou áreas correlatas.
Experiência prévia em marketing, preferencialmente no setor Têxtil/Couro.
Conhecimento em ferramentas de marketing digital (IA, Google Analytics, mídias sociais).
